Who we are

A Practice Built on Compassion and Respect

At SBHS, we believe mental healthcare should feel human. That means taking the time to understand your concerns, your circumstances and your goals before talking about treatment.

We provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual therapy and telehealth visits when clinically appropriate. Every care plan is personalized, and you’re involved in each decision along the way.

Whether you’re reaching out for the first time or looking for a new provider, we aim to make getting started simple and to make every visit feel welcoming.

Our mission

Our Mission

“To provide compassionate, evidence-based mental healthcare that supports understanding, healing, resilience, and meaningful everyday living.”

Approach to care

Listen. Understand. Collaborate. Support.

Four simple commitments guide every visit at SBHS.

Listen

We start by hearing your story: what you’re experiencing, what matters to you, and what you hope for.

Understand

We look at the whole picture, including your history, health, relationships and daily life.

Collaborate

We explain your options clearly and make decisions about your care together.

Support

We stay with you through follow-up care, adjusting your plan as your needs change.
