Telehealth
Mental Healthcare From the Comfort of Home.
When telehealth is clinically appropriate, virtual visits can make mental healthcare more convenient and accessible, with the same thoughtful, personal attention.
Telehealth availability depends on the service, provider, patient location, licensure, and applicable requirements.

How telehealth works
Three Simple Steps
1. Request a visit
Choose “Telehealth” on the appointment request form, or call the office. We’ll confirm whether telehealth is appropriate for you.
2. Get your link
You’ll receive instructions for joining your secure video visit before your appointment.
3. Meet your provider
Join from a private, comfortable space. Your visit works much like an in-person appointment.

When In-Person Care May Be More Appropriate
Telehealth isn’t the right fit for every situation. Your provider may recommend an in-person visit when:
- A more detailed in-person assessment would be helpful
- There are safety concerns that are better addressed face to face
- Technology, privacy or connection issues make video visits difficult
- Location or licensure requirements don’t allow a telehealth visit
- You simply prefer meeting in person

FAQ
Telehealth Questions
For many people and many services, telehealth can be a helpful and convenient option. Whether it’s the right fit depends on your needs, and we’ll discuss this with you.
Often, yes. A smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone typically works. Details will be shared before your visit.
Try rejoining the visit. If you can’t reconnect, your provider may call you at the phone number on file, or you can call the office.
Telehealth depends on patient location and licensure requirements. Please contact the office before your visit if you’ll be somewhere other than your usual location.
